Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind our toy products and offer all customers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
For orders shipped within the US, we offer a FREE Return. In case you’re not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (or exchange) free of charge, no questions asked. The refund includes the shipping fees.
For orders shipped internationally, we also offer a full refund if the issue is our fault i.e. received defective or wrong item. Otherwise, the customer will pay the shipping fees (both ways).
When returning an item, we do ask for a few simple things:
a) Item is in the same condition as initially received, complete and in the original packaging
b) Return is requested within 30 days after delivery
c) Shipment includes the original packing slip
How to Return
To return an item, you simply notify us by email within 30 days of delivery that you want to request a return (including the reason for return, if you want). Then, you will receive a prepaid shipping label by email. You can print that label and use it to send the return shipment back to us.

Please note that the returns are only applicable for purchases made directly on our website. If you purchased through another online retailer, then their return policies will apply.
After receiving the item back and inspecting it, we will let you know by email. Assuming all conditions above were met, we will process the refund. We can alternatively send a replacement if you want, in case the item you received was defective.
The refund will automatically be applied to your original form of payment (credit card or Paypal account) within a certain amount of days.
If the item you receive from us is defective, damaged, not as described, missing pieces or not the correct item ordered (due to an error on our part), we gladly offer a full refund or replacement (whatever you prefer) as long as you notify us within 30 days of delivery.
We may request that you return the item back in which case you will receive a prepaid shipping label to use. You will also not be charged for the return shipping or the original shipping fee.
This applies to both US and international orders.
We do the best to satisfy all our customers and issuing full refunds or replacements as possible. But in some cases, we might charge a restocking fee and/or shipping fees.
For example; if the return is requested after more than 30 days of delivery, item returned is not in the same original condition, item returned is missing the original packaging, or international order with non-defective item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have paid using a debit or credit card and still haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card or bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer or your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. It can take up to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
If you’ve done all of this and waited, but you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns for Promotional Items
For promotional items (shirts, mugs, backbags…….etc) which are printed on-demand, the following return policies applies:
a) No refund or return is accepted for ordering the wrong item, size, or not wanting the product anymore. Please double check your full order details before purchase.
b) We take responsibility if there is an issue with the order including shipment not received, bad quality product, or poor printing.
c) If you have a problem with your order, please let us know. Unless it’s a lost shipment, we might ask you to provide some photos to confirm the issue (so you don’t need to send the item back).
d) After confirming the return reason is valid, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If this new item is also defective or gets lost while shipping, you will receive a full refund.
